To get this look, follow my instructions below:

After loosely blow drying hair, separate hair into a left and right section using the Darby strong hold clips.

Using the Beachwaver, select Left (L) or Right (R) based on the side of hair you are curling.  This will control which direction the curling iron rotates to ensure both sides look amazing!

Spritz Aussie’s Heat Protecting Shine Spray directly on section to create a barrier between the hair and the heat, while adding a natural sun-kissed shine to the hair.

Then clamp near the ends of the hair (always start with the clamp facing you so it rotates away from your face) and press the “GO” button to automatically rotate and curl your hair!

Release the “GO” button to stop the rotation.  Wait about 10 second and release the clamp, sliding out for beautiful waves!

Allow hair to cool, add Aussie’s Anti-Frizz Cream for a smooth separation and run your fingers through for gorgeous, easy beach waves!

I am extremely excited to announce the exclusive launch of The BEACHWAVER on QVC – Jan. 21st!  I will be appearing on the Beauty Newsmakers segment from 2pm-3pm and from 9pm-10pm.  My sister Erin and I have been working non-stop for the past 2 years on developing this innovative, patent-pending rotating curling iron!! Jessica Stam wanted a sleek high ponytail to contrast the amazing fall lip (Makeup by Fabiola).  I prepped the hair by ironing with the SARAHPOTEMPA Ceramic Styling Iron and then spraying hairspray directly on a styling brush and pulled the hair into a high pony. TIP: Always follow the line of the jaw for the perfect placement.  Then I wrap hair around the pony to add length.  Finish with a little cream to smooth fly-aways and she was all set! 

Here I styled Emma Stone’s gorgeous red hair in a loose, high pony with messy waves.  I started by wrapping the hair around a 1″ curling iron and using our mini “touch” up iron to bend waves in the bangs.  Then I loosely pulled the hair up and secure in a ponytail, leaving loose pieces framing her face! Lastly, I did a “Bridget Bardot” inspired pony on another gorgeous red head, Bryce Dallas Howard.  I absolutely love her bangs! We left her natural texture and smoothed out the hair with a 1 1/4″ curling iron to add a little natural movement.   (Makeup by Hung Vanngo)

Here is a great profile shot of the ponytail…love the height and natural movement…This a such a great look for bangs and works really well paired with a bright lip and simple earrings!
